Thermo Treatment
After long and intensive research we have developed probably the gentlest, most effective method for refining and artificially “aging” tone woods.
The process we call “Thermo Treatment” takes several days with the correct heat, effecting the wood on a cellular level. This results in a more stable, durable, and better sounding wood!
With official research coordinated by Technische Universität Dresden over the course of 2 years, we were able to include this unique process into our production as an upgrade as well as a standard feature for our Hardcore Reserve and Masterpiece Aged instruments.
While our Thermo Treatment comes standard on the bodies for our Masterpiece Aged and Hardcore Reserve instruments, we also offer a special Roasted option as an upgrade for the necks! This utilizes a similar process to the Thermo Treatment, with the slightly increased temperature also resulting in a beautiful, rich aesthetic to the neck as well as having increased sustain.
…and of course, these options are available as upgrades to our instruments, regardless of finish!
